1. Introduction

Welcome to knowledge-sharing platform , an online knowledge-sharing community operated by EduTech Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Platform will immediately cease, and we may, without liability to you, delete all User Content associated with your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or representation, express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or our Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California in each case located in the County of San Francisco.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
